About us 01 — Studio

A named studio behind every Lutangu finance-ca-firms city we touch.

World is not a visiting slide factory. We sit with mayors, founders, and landowners until the brief is honest — then we stay through the first years of the place, not just the unveiling.

Architects, strategists, and filmmakers in one room. One lead. One drawing set. Work that still looks considered when the render has been replaced by rain, traffic, and people.

Film The place as it is lived

One lead. One drawing set. A film of the work — not an appendix.

Why us

Three reasons a brief stays with World.

Not a pitch. The reasons clients still call after the first decade.

01

One studio, many cities

A single drawing culture from Lisbon to Kyoto. Local codes, one standard of craft — so a campus and a waterfront still feel like the same mind.

02

Design that lasts

Materials chosen for weather, not the camera. We design for the tenth year, when the photographs have gone and the city is still using the room.

03

A film, not a deck

Every project leaves with a film of the place as it is lived. The story is the building — not a 80-page appendix nobody opens.

Our purpose

Mission & vision

The brief we write for ourselves before we ever write one for a city.

Mission

Build places that belong.

Belong to the street, to the climate, and to the people who will inhabit them. A landmark that ignores its city is just a logo in stone. Our job is a room the city keeps using.

Vision

Cities that feel considered.

A world where new work is quiet enough to last — not extracted, not themed, not discarded after the campaign. We want World to be the studio you call when the place has to be true.

Core values

What we will not compromise

Four rules that decide how we staff, how we draw, and how we leave a site.

01

Craft

Joints, light, and material before the render. If it cannot be built well, it is not drawn.

02

Continuity

The same lead from first sketch to first winter. Continuity is how a building keeps its nerve.

03

Clarity

Short sentences. Named owners. A drawing a contractor can finish. Complexity is usually fear, not rigour.

04

Care

For the street, the climate, and the people who did not commission us but will live with the work.

FAQs

Questions cities ask before they start

Straight answers on how we work, who you meet, and how long a brief takes. If yours is not here, the form reaches a principal — not a ticket queue.

Ask a question

A short visit, a written brief, and a named principal. We do not start with a 200-page deck. Most first scopes are agreed within three weeks of the first call.

A named studio lead owns every job. Specialists support the drawing set; they do not rotate in silently. You get one inbox that is answered the same week, not a shared queue.

That is the default. A large share of our work is cross-border. We run one drawing culture, local codes, and a single reporting line so regional rules do not become three competing stories.

Civic rooms, campuses, hotels, waterfronts, and brands that need a physical home. We decline work that is only a façade campaign with no intention to last.

Yes. We are not here to replace a city architect or an in-house brand team. We sit with the people who already know the site, clean the brief, and leave a set they can run without us.

Strategy can be months. A building is years. We stay through the first season of use — not just the opening night — so the place is adjusted to how it is actually lived.
